Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private Lessons & Group Classes:
All cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Illness-related same-day cancellations will be kept as a credit for future use.

Supr DUPR Events & Round Robins:
These events are non-refundable. A credit may be issued only if cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the event. No refunds or credits within 72 hours.

MiLP & Tournaments:
Cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable and non-creditable.

General:
Credits are non-transferable. By registering for any class, event, or tournament, you agree to this policy.
