Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private Lessons & Group Classes:
All cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are charged in full. Illness-related same-day cancellations will be kept as a credit for future use.

SUPR DUPR Events & Round Robins:These events are non-refundable. A credit may be issued only if cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the event. No credits within 48 hours.

MiLP & Tournaments:
Cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice. Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event are non-refundable and non-creditable.

Weather / Rain Policy:
If a program is canceled due to weather (including rain), no refunds will be issued. A credit will be provided to be used toward another program of the same value.

General:
Credits are non-transferable. By registering for any class, event, or tournament, you agree to this policy.
